ANDAR KRIECHTIER: INSTINCTIVE SELF-DEFENCE for WOMEN
(Re)learn the instinctive way of protecting yourself.
Born in 1974, Martial Vout is a Swiss security advisor, bodyguard and self-defence instructor. After training in the US, France and Switzerland, his past work experience includes the protection of varied CEOs, Middle East personalities and actors in Switzerland and other European countries.
Besides his different assignments with VIPs, besides his own training and teaching in full-contact and combat shooting, he developed his own method of self-defence (andar kriechtier) and gives classes and workshops to teach women (and men) about their inner strength. He published his first self-defence book for women in 2002 “Plus Jamais Victimes” (ed. Michel Lafon, Paris) with Isabelle Alonso, a French feminist and writer and Isabelle Mergault, a French actress and director. In 2014 he published “I Can Defend Myself” (ed. Life Positive, Delhi) with a foreword from Kiran Bedi.
“Mother Nature needs the females, the women for they give birth to the new generations. Hence Mother Nature made women strong, not weaker than men.”
