in DELHI, in collaboration with NGOs Agragami (JJ Colony, Madanpur Khadar), Navjyoti (Rohini), India Vision Foundation and USDF many self-defence classes were conducted. Young girls under 13 attend kickboxing classes and olders get more realistic self-defence classes, the full #1, #2, #3 classes (standing, sitting, lying on the floor). Young boys also get some kickboxing classes.
